  Rick made the buying experience of our new home and the sale of our existing home such a pleasurable experience. He provided invaluable insight and professional knowledge that made this
stressful experience so much easier to navigate. His marketing plan including the amazing video and pictures attracted many people to go through the house and resulted in a high amount of offers and a great sale price. On the buying experience it only took us 11 days to find the house that we ended up buying. Ironically we initially did not show any interest in the house until Rick said he really thought we needed to take a harder look at the house. It had many of the bucket list items we were looking for in our new house. So glad we took his advise. The best thing about working with Rick is his amazing personality.   My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Rick on three real estate transactions (1 sale and 2 purchases). Our first interaction was when we visited an open house he was hosting as the selling agent. This was the first house/open house we had ever viewed/attended and were pleasantly surprised at how welcoming Rick was. He greeted us and answered our questions with confidence. We didn’t end up putting an offer in but later contacted Rick to view other homes as our agent. As first time homebuyers we viewed a lot of homes. Rick was very patient throughout the process and was great at pointing things out that we would have otherwise overlooked. We finally found a home and the offer-to-purchase process was seamless. Fast forward a handful of years and nothing had changed. Rick advised us at the same, if not better, level throughout the search for our new home. The only difference this time is that we had the pleasure of having him as our selling agent. Rick was great throughout the sale and added crucial input that helped maximize the sale price.   Rick did an excellent job throughout the process with us. He is very knowledgeable and has several contacts to help in various areas like, carpeting, painting, cleaning etc. to help to get the most value when you sell.   After driving me around to show me the neighborhoods that I was not familiar with, I decided on a Saturday to pursue a home that was only receiving bids until 10am Monday.  Rick first took me on a FaceTime tour of the property, then helped me put together a perfect bid and moved quickly to help me secure the house.  Rick Visca is a consummate professional who took me from dreaming about a house, to becoming a homeowner.  I will certainly recommend his expertise and diligence to anyone who will listen.

  Rick has been nothing short of remarkable in our search for housing. We are out-of-state buyers that are moving on short notice and Rick has been incredible with our housing search --touring for us, accommodating the time change to view houses, coordinating our schedule around a newborn baby, and providing us with advice on neighborhoods. He worked with us on our final walk-through to meticulously inspect our house and find plumbing errors and then fought to have us compensated for them prior to closing. Rick has provided excellent recommendations for insurance providers, loan officers, and contractors to help with changes we will need for us to move in. He worked to schedule craftsmen to do repairs while we were away so that our house would be ready for us to move with our newborn.   We were first time homebuyers when we met Rick in 2014. He explains the entire process. He is thorough and very knowledgeable about not only the real estate market but the nuts and bolts of a home. He really listens to you and what you are looking for so that you find a house you really love. He is very responsive to emails, texts and phone calls. We bought a new house in 2023 and Rick went above and beyond for us to get the house. He was outstanding when we needed to sell our home too.
